...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Oklahoma...

  Neosho River near Commerce affecting Ottawa County.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Neosho River near Commerce.

* WHEN...Until early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, low lying areas around Miami become cut
  off from easy access. Riverview Park experiences moderate
  flooding. State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds will be
  threatened.
  At 20.0 feet, moderate agricultural flooding occurs. Riverview
  Park experiences moderate flooding. State Highway 125 near the
  fairgrounds will be closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 18.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is cresting this afternoon and will fall
    to 18.3 feet late tonight. The river is expected to rise
    again to a crest of 19.6 feet early Saturday afternoon. It
    will then fall below flood stage Monday evening.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
