...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Bird Creek at Avant.

* WHEN...Until Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, minor flooding of farmlands occurs along
  the floodplain of Bird Creek downstream from Avant.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 19.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and continue falling and remain
    below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Bird Creek near Sperry.

* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, moderate flooding occurs in rural areas
  from Skiatook to Turley.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 22.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.0
    feet Saturday evening. It will then fall below flood stage
    early Sunday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

MORNING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Bird Creek near Owasso-Mingo.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning to early Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, moderate flooding occurs near 56th Street
  North near Mingo Road. Mingo Road near 66th Street North may
  become impassable. Access roads near the Oxley Nature Center at
  Mohawk Park may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 16.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    Saturday morning to a crest of 20.3 feet Sunday morning. It
    will then fall below flood stage Sunday evening.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
