...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM CDT FRIDAY THROUGH SATURDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
  Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison and Washington AR and
  Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee,
  Delaware, Ottawa and Sequoyah.

* WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Friday through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A complex of thunderstorms will bring 1-3" of rainfall to the
    watch area. Locally higher totals are possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.

  Oklahoma, Muskogee and Okfuskee. In northeast Oklahoma, Craig,
  Creek, Mayes, Nowata, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa,
  Wagoner and Washington OK. In southeast Oklahoma, McIntosh.

* WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Friday through Saturday afternoon.
