...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
  Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian and
  Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties,
  Adair, Cherokee, Choctaw, Delaware, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore,
  McIntosh, Muskogee, Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah.

* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall have and will continue to
    occur. This will result in storm total rainfall of 4-6 inches
    with locally higher amounts of up to 8 inches possible.
