The Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of northeast Oklahoma,
including the following counties, Craig, Creek, Nowata, Osage,
Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa and Washington OK.

Scattered showers may continue through Sunday, however the risk of
widespread heavy rains has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is
being cancelled.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
  Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian and
  Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties,
  Adair, Cherokee, Choctaw, Delaware, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore,
  Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Ottawa, Pittsburg,
  Pushmataha, Sequoyah and Wagoner.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inch are expected today,
    with locally heavier amounts of 3 to 4 inches possible.
