light to moderate snow in Arkansas east of I49, also south of I44
and west of the Muskogee Turnpike and also north of I44 and east of
highway 75. The precipitation was in the Tulsa area. Movement was to
the east at greater than 40 mph. Coverage decreased during the last
hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late this morning and early this
afternoon, cloudy, a chance of light snow and light freezing rain
with temperatures 27 to 32 degrees and north winds 5 to 15 mph.
