counties in Oklahoma. Movement was to the east at around 35 mph.
Radar estimated precipitation amounts were less than a tenth of an
inch last hour. The rain developed or moved into the area during the
last hour The Tulsa area forecast for late tonight and early this
morning, mostly cloudy, areas of dense fog, then patchy dense fog
with temperatures 36 to 43 degrees and west winds up to 10 mph.
