.AVIATION...
(12Z TAFS)
Issued at 630 AM CDT Tue Jun 9 2026
Currently VFR prevails at all TAF sites. There is a low chance
that low-level MVFR cigs develop or drift over the OK terminals
for a couple of hours after sunrise this morning. Went ahead and included
a TEMPO group to capture this potential at these sites through
about 15Z. By midday, VFR will prevail at all TAF sites through
the remainder of the period. A low level jet develops and
strengthens late tonight into Wednesday morning, mainly impacting
NE OK TAF sites. Southerly winds will increase and become breeze
at most sites through this afternoon, with frequent gusts in
excess of 20 knots.
