Total snow accumulations between 4 and 7 inches possible. * WHERE...Anderson, Coffey, Franklin, Lyon, and Osage Counties. * WHEN...From Friday evening through late Saturday night. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. Wind chills are expected to be between 10 and 20 degrees below zero, hazardous for anyone who becomes stranded outside. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
