...WINTER STORM WARNING IS CANCELLED...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Due to
  lighter snow amounts, the warning has been downgraded to an
  advisory.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and
  northeast Kansas.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM CST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday
  morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road
