  Southeastern Jefferson County in northeastern Kansas...

* Until 515 AM CDT.

* At 447 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Oskaloosa,
  moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Oskaloosa, McLouth, Ozawkie, and Perry Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
