This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Kansas, east central
Kansas, north central Kansas and northeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

An Extreme Heat Warning remains in effect through Tuesday evening.
Heat index values of 101 to 107 degrees are expected this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

The prolonged stretch of heat continues through at least Tuesday. An
Extreme Heat Warning remains in effect through Tuesday evening with
heat index values forecast to reach 100 to 107 degrees each
afternoon.

Storms may impact the area Sunday afternoon and evening. While the
overall severe potential is low, the strongest storms could produce
strong wind gusts up to 60 MPH.
