.DISCUSSION...
Two rounds of rain are expected across the area. One will occur
this morning and the next will be tonight and early Friday. Both
rounds of rain could produce locally heavy rainfall and isolated
flooding. Temperatures will be on the cool side of average today
and tomorrow due to rain and cloud cover. East-southeast winds
at 10-20 mph today will become more easterly and will decrease
into tonight.
