.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather concerns are low today.
A weak weather pattern will cause winds to be light and
variable today. Residual moisture will keep minimum RH
values around 50 percent. So the weather should not
raise a concern for fire danger. Mixing heights around
5KFT should help smoke dispersal to be in the good
category this afternoon.
Scattered showers and storms are expected to impact the
area through the day and into the early evening. Then
dry weather is forecast for Wednesday and into the day
Friday. A cold front Friday night could bring another
chance for precipitation. Cooler temps are expected by
Sunday and Monday.
