.DISCUSSION...
Hot conditions will continue the next few days, with temperatures
mostly in the upper 90s. Humidity will be highest towards
northeast Kansas, staying above 50 percent, and lowest towards
central Kansas, dropping as low as 30 percent. Winds stay mostly
from the south at around 10 mph, but may briefly turn more
northeasterly this afternoon behind thunderstorm outflow moving
southwards from Nebraska. Deep mixing will keep smoke dispersal
good to excellent.
