.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather concerns remain low today.
A weak surface pattern is forecast to keep a southerly
wind in the 5 to 15 mph range while minimum RH values
hold at 40 percent or better. With green fuels, there
isn`t much concern for fire weather today. Mixing
heights should be around 6KFT, but relatively light
transport winds may only provide good conditions for
smoke dispersal.
Isolated to widely scattered showers are forecast to
redevelop by this afternoon. The next organized chance
for precipitation looks to be late Wednesday and
Thursday morning. Hot weather is forecast for Sunday
and Monday with a slight cool down for the rest of next
week.
