.DISCUSSION...
Gusty winds this afternoon, sustained between 10-20 mph
and gusts upwards of 30-35 mph could cause some difficulties
in keeping burns under control, especially across north-central
and central Kansas where the stronger winds area expected.
While fuels are still mostly green, be wary of areas of fine,
cured fuels where low afternoon humidities and strong winds
could cause very efficient, and potentially dangerous burning
conditions.
