.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather concerns remain low due to green fuels.
A weak surface pattern is expected to remain over the area
today keeping winds in the 5 to 10 mph range. Also minimum
RH values are forecast to remain above 40 percent. So red
flag conditions are not anticipated. The humid environment
should lead to pop up showers once again this afternoon.
Mixing heights look to be around 5 KFT but light transport
winds may only provide fair to good conditions for smoke
dispersal.
Monday is forecast to be the hottest of the next several
days. A shift in the weather pattern mid-week is expected
to brings a slight cool down and rain chances Wednesday
night through Friday.
