danger remains in the low category through the period with
southerly winds through the weekend and mainly dry conditions.
Expect SSW winds to strengthen today. Combined with mixing
heights, expect excellent smoke dispersal rates to be in place.
Minimum RH values fall into the low and middle 30 percent ranges
today and tomorrow.
