In northeast Kansas, Jefferson. * WHEN...Through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms will impact the area beginning late this afternoon and continuing into Monday morning. Rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour are likely which could lead to flooding, especially if storms move over the same areas. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
