...Patchy dense fog expected this evening and tonight...

Patchy dense fog will impact the Gallatin Valley and the highway
287 corridor along Canyon Ferry Lake this evening and tonight.
There will be localized visibility reductions down to a half mile
or less at times.

Anyone traveling should be prepared for highly variable
visibility across short distances and potential slippery roads
due to frost deposition. Slow down, use low beam headlights, and
allow extra distance between vehicles when traveling through foggy
areas.
