...SCATTERED HEAVY SNOW SHOWERS MOVING SOUTH THROUGH CENTRAL AND
SOUTHWEST MT THROUGH 900 PM MDT...

At 810 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking scatted heavy snow showers
moving south at 40 mph through central and Southwest MT.

HAZARD...Visibility below a half mile and ind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar and trained weather spotter indicated.

IMPACT...Poor driving visibility in heavy snow showers. Some snow
         accumulations up to an inch in grassy areas.

Locations impacted include...
Portions of Central and Southwest MT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Reduce driving speeds in areas of poor visibility.
