...EXTREME COLD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 11
AM MST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
  as 35 below. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind
  chills as low as 40 below expected.

* WHERE...Southwestern Montana along and south of Interstate 90,
  Meagher County Valleys, and Canyon Ferry Area.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 11 AM MST this
  morning. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM this evening to
  11 AM MST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.
