Cold and stable conditions are expected today as an arctic high
pressure system remains in place over the area. Expect snow to
also continue as warmer air continues to move over the cold air at
the surface, with an additional 4-8 inches of snow fall expected
through Wednesday. After a clear and calm overnight, expect winds
to increase on Wednesday as warmer air begins to make its way to
the surface.
