This activity should peak in coverage and intensity between 1600 and 2000 local time. The primary hazards will be vivid cloud to ground lightning, gusty winds, and torrential downpours capable of localized flooding. Another wave of storms is expected again on Saturday with similar hazards. Although daily rounds of showers and thunderstorms continue through the weekend into early week, declining moisture levels is expected reduce the occurrence of heavier downpours and flooding potential. .TODAY...
