.DISCUSSION...

An upper level disturbance moving over the Northern Rockies will
bring cooler conditions and overall high humidity values to the
incident area today; however, westerly winds will be increasing
through the day in wake the eastward surging Pacific cold front.
There is a 100% chance that wind gusts will exceed 25 mph at times
from the late morning through early evening hours, with a 65%
chance that these west winds exceed 35 mph and a 5% chance that
they exceed 45 mph.
