.DISCUSSION...
Another dry day is in store for the Gill Gulch fire as
southwesterly flow aloft helps bring warm and dry air into the
area. Expect afternoon RH values to dip into the upper teens as
highs climb into the low to mid 70s. While mid slope locations
should largely be protected from the southwesterly winds, ridgetop
wind gusts to 20 mph will be possible this afternoon. After a dry
overnight, Saturday will see another day of warm temperatures but
slightly higher humidity as mid level moisture pushes into the
area, though the mid level moisture may help spur a few dry
showers or thunderstorms.
