.DISCUSSION...

Transient ridging moving over the Northern Rockies will bring
overall quiet conditions through this evening, with the upper
level flow then backing to the southwest around midnight tonight.
Increasing moisture within the southwest flow aloft during the
overnight hours will help to support isolated showers and
thunderstorms through Monday morning, with shower and thunderstorm
chances increasing further through the late afternoon and early
evening hours on Monday. Some thunderstorms Monday afternoon and
evening could become severe and produce damaging winds and large
hail.
