...Gusty and erratic winds and lightning possible with thunderstorms
   this afternoon and evening...

.DISCUSSION...

Showers and thunderstorms develop again this afternoon and track
through central MT late this afternoon and evening (4pm - 9 pm).
Strong winds gusts and lightning are the primary hazards with a
few storms this afternoon also able to produce brief heavy
rainfall. There is a 60-70% risk of wind gusts in excess of 40 mph
near storms today with a 10% risk of gusts in excess of 50 mph.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (20-30 percent) then becoming partly
                    sunny (65-75 percent). Chance of showers and
                    thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......40 percent.
Chance of lightning.30 percent.
