.DISCUSSION...

Transient ridging over the Northern Rockies on Monday morning
will quickly shift to the east through the day as a fast moving
disturbance over the Eastern Pacific lifts northeast and over the

afternoon hours on Monday with the approach of the aforementioned
system, with showers and storms lingering into the evening hours.
While gusty and erratic winds can`t be ruled out beneath or near
the stronger showers or storms the main threat Monday afternoon
and evening with precipitation will be heavy rainfall given slow
storm motions, in addition to occasional lightning.
