024 FNUS55 KTFX 050724 FWFTFX Fire Weather Planning Forecast for North-Central Montana National Weather Service Great Falls MT 124 AM MDT Thu Jun 5 2025 .DISCUSSION... Northwest flow aloft will help to maintain near to slightly above normal temperatures through Saturday, with temperatures warming well above normal through the first half of the upcoming work week as ridging builds in over the Northern Rockies. Light and variable winds through the overnight hours tonight will begin to increase during the day on Friday from the southwest to west, especially along and west of the I-15 corridor to the Rocky Mountain Front. A southward moving cold front will then shift winds to the north during the morning hours on Saturday. Daily chances for isolated rain showers and storms will continue through Friday, mainly north of the Montana Hwy 200 corridor. - Moldan MTZ112-052215- Eastern Glacier/Toole/Central/Eastern Pondera/Liberty- 124 AM MDT Thu Jun 5 2025 .TODAY... * Sky/Weather...........Partly sunny.
