Fire Weather Planning Forecast for North-Central Montana
National Weather Service Great Falls MT
148 AM MDT Sat Sep 13 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Unsettled conditions will continue through the weekend and first
half of the upcoming work as a large upper level disturbance
slowly moves over the Western US. This will help to maintain daily
chances for showers and storms across most Fire Weather Zones,
with temperatures running near to to above normal. Transient
ridging will move over the Northern Rockies then through the
middle of the upcoming work week and bring a brief break from the
showers and storms as of late. - Moldan
