Fire Weather Planning Forecast for North-Central Montana
National Weather Service Great Falls MT
356 AM MDT Sat Oct 11 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected today,
mostly for the southern zones. A cold front then brings periods of
widespread precipitation tonight through Monday morning with snow
levels falling down to the plains and valleys by Sunday morning.
Breezy to windy conditions are also expected this weekend, mostly
along the Rocky Mountain Front today and for all areas on Sunday.
Temperatures warm slightly next week, but there will be day to day
opportunities for scattered shower activity and mountain snow.
