.DISCUSSION...
Rain will continue to fall across North Central and Southwestern
Montana through the evening today, thoroughly soaking most fire
fuels, particularly in an area bounded by Great Falls, Lewistown,
and Havre. Even with the rain, it will remain breezy through the
day today, with wind gusts to 40 mph across much of the area, with
a few gusts to 60 possible in Judith Basin and Fergus Counties.
Behind this rain, high pressure will briefly build into the area
on Thursday, providing a period of dry and tranquil weather before
a cold front pushes into the area Friday afternoon and evening.
