Fire Weather Planning Forecast for North-Central Montana
National Weather Service Great Falls MT
136 PM MDT Thu Aug 21 2025

.DISCUSSION...

A passing cold front will keep the region on the cooler side of
normal for a few days. A stray shower near terrain cannot be ruled
out this afternoon into tonight, with that chance being less than
10%. Otherwise the next few days are looking dry. Temperatures trend
closer to normal early next week, with low-end shower/thunderstorm
chances beginning to increase in far southern districts by Monday
and Tuesday. -AM
