  Tampa Bay waters...

* Until 745 AM EDT.

* At 710 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Hillsborough Bay to 7 nm southeast of Gandy
  Bridge to near Tampa Bay, moving southeast at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Make sure
           all on board are wearing life jackets.

* Locations impacted include...
  Port Manatee Reef, Tampa Bay, Cockroach Bay, Sunshine Skyway
  Bridge, Hillsborough Bay, and Gandy Bridge.
