High pressure directly over the area will promote clear skies with light
and variable winds this morning but shifting to more west-southwest as the
sea breeze develops this afternoon. Due to the light flow and stable conditions,
generally expecting poor to fair dispersion conditions today with the dry air
in place likely supporting minimum RH values dropping into the low-mid 30s by
late afternoon. However, RH values will increase into Thursday as winds become
more southerly and this will bring some deeper moisture back into the region,
though no precipitation is expected throughout the forecast period.
