.DISCUSSION...
High pressure with very warm dry conditions will remain in place
today with afternoon relative humidity values dropping below
critical levels. Gusty southeast winds of 15 to 25 MPH will also
occur across much of the region. For this reason, a red flag
warning has been issued for all counties of west central and
southwest Florida with the exception of Pinellas...where minimum
relative humidity values will be in the upper 30s/lower 40s.
The dry warm conditions will persist into Monday, however winds are
expected to be a bit weaker which should preclude red flag conditions.
Fog potential...No significant fog is expected.
