Pinellas County in west central Florida... * Until midnight EDT tonight. * At 1052 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated rain showers continued across southwest Pinellas county. Between 5 and 9 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing. Although conditions are improving, it will take time for the water to drain from flooded roadways. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by showers and thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and public reported.
