.THE SURF ZONE FORECAST GENERAL OUTLOOK...

The passage of Hurricane Rafael across the southern Gulf over the next
few days will kick up long-period swell and lead to high confidence
of dangerous rip currents. A high risk of rip currents is expected
through the upcoming Veterans Day weekend.

Based on communication with area beach officials, the following flags
are flying at area beaches:

State Park Gulf Beaches.......RED
West Facing Gulf Beaches......RED
South Facing Gulf Beaches.....RED
