along a line extending from near Carrabelle to Eastpoint to 7 miles
south of Apalachicola. Movement was west at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
