* At 941 AM EST/841 AM CST/, strong thunderstorms were located along
  a line extending from 27 nm northeast of Buckeye Reef to 36 nm
  southwest of Empire Mica Wreck, moving east at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher
           waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make
           sure all on board are wearing life jackets.
