Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 1015 AM EDT/915 AM CDT/. * At 845 AM EDT/745 AM CDT/, strong thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts was located over C Tower, moving west at 20 knots.
