The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from  Suwannee River to Steinhatchee FL out 20 NM...

* Until 1230 PM EDT.

* At 1106 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 14 nm southeast
  of Buckeye Reef, moving east at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher
           waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make
           sure all on board are wearing life jackets.

* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
