URGENT - FIRE WEATHER MESSAGE...UPDATED

With the passage of a cold front overnight, cool and dry air will
filter into the region along with gusty winds through the day.
This will lead to elevated and critical fire weather concerns as
RH values drop to near critical levels and are accompanied by
gusty winds.

THIS MORNING TO 8 PM EDT /7 PM CDT/ THIS EVENING FOR GUSTY WINDS
AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR PORTIONS OF THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE AND BIG
BEND...

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 007, 008, 009, 010, 011,
  012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 026, 027, 108, 112, 114, 115,
  and 127.

* WIND...North around 15mph with gusts up to 25mph.

* HUMIDITY...As low as 25 to 35 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to increased fire behavior and spread.
