* WHAT...Visibility one-quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...In Florida, Gadsden, Inland Jefferson, Inland Wakulla,
  Leon, Northern Liberty, and Southern Liberty Counties. In Georgia,
  Brooks, Thomas, and Grady Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
