  Coastal waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Mexico Beach
  out 20 NM...
  St. Andrews Bay Waterways...

At 610 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a shower, capable of
producing waterspouts. This shower was located 8 nm southwest of
Mexico Beach, or 13 nm west of Port St. Joe, moving northeast at 5
knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
seas. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm
passes.
