At 914 AM EDT, showers capable of producing waterspouts were located
along a line extending from 36 nm northeast of Buckeye Reef to near V
Tower, moving east at 5 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form, capsize boats, and damage
         vessels. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets.
