Low dispersions are expected today given the low mixing heights today as northwest to west winds bring in cooler air from the water. RH will drop to the lower to mid 40s this afternoon near the coast, maybe the upper 30s just slightly farther inland. Winds and mixing heights will increase slightly on Wednesday with poor to fair dispersions at the burn site expected during the afternoon.
