.DISCUSSION...
The main concerns for today and tomorrow are low dispersions
thanks to light transport winds that gradually veer from southerly
to westerly or northwesterly over the next 24 hrs from passing
surface high pressure. Relative humidity looks to bottom out
between 40 & 50% each afternoon. Patchy fog is also forecast
through ignition time Wednesday morning.
