Moderate dispersions along the coast are expected this afternoon
with mixing heights around 2800 feet. Transport winds will begin
this morning as a little breezy approaching 20 mph from the south
and decrease to around 5-10 mph later this evening. The seabreeze
is expected to move in this afternoon, which should keep RH values
in a good range. Minimum RH values today will be nearly 50%.
